Just finished my Longbow case

I just finished my longbow case. Made from 4" schedule 40 PVC. Has foam inserts in both end caps and has been coated with black bedliner. Rigged to be able to be locked for shipping or airport travel.

Has anyone ever had any trouble (or beatings   :knothead:  ) walking into an airport with something looking like this?
