Bill Foreman/ Great Plains
« on: September 27, 2007, 11:44:00 PM »
Was passing through Pampa,Tx today and decided to stop and see the folks of Great Plains. Bill stopped in the middle of what he was doing and gave me a tour and showed me the bows that were in the making and ready to ship.  Wish I could have visited longer but we were both very busy. First time that I have seen his bows other than in print. I was impressed with his kindness, generosity and his craftmanship... John

Ptrot
I bought one of his SR Swift bows for my caribou hunt last month. It pulls back smooth and effortlessly. I am planning on getting a second set of limbs
58" 59lb 28" draw
I haven't found too many other bows that are as solid

I have bought a Palo Duro from Great Plains in April 2005 and was able to visite Great Plains in September 2005 during a business trip.
Bill was very kind and also showed me around. First class craftmanship and service, can't go wrong with them.
Planning to buy a customized SR Swift in the near future.

Ptrot: Did you buy one of his bows yet?
