Nock rotation on bitzenburger

I should know this...are you able to get some different nock orientation using a Bitzenburger? (left wing helical clamp standard 3 fletch).  Lately, I like to turn the nock just a bit for clearance/tuning/reduced rest wear/flight. (carbon arrows with tunable nocks). I do this after the arrow is fletched.
I can't recall how to do that with a fixed nock? What is the trick?
I want to use some nock inserts and glue on nocks. I like the feel and fit of the larger snap nocks and want to add 5-10 grains to the rear for a slight stiffening.
I could fletch the arrows using the standard nock then replace and eyeball the nock rotation with the glue on nock but that seems like you would have some variance.

I would press fit the nock then fletch then glue nock in place. That always worked on wood and aluminum arrows for me.

yes, press fit the nock, no glue or just a teeny lil dot.
