Groves Arrow Straightener

I bought this arrow straightener at an archery swap meet. Can anyone explain how to use it? I think I could use it, but would like someone with some experience to offer some insight. thanks.

I dont know about your arrow straightener, but check out the how to section for Curt's(Guru) section on straightening woodies. Saves a lot of time and frustration.
