KME success stories?
« on: November 01, 2014, 11:32:00 AM »
i am sharpening challenged, but having sharp broadheads is something i've wanted to accomplish by myself.  has anybody gone from being a poor sharpener to a pro by committing to using the KME system? i know it's great, but i just want to hear some success stories from some guys that went from terrible sharpener to pro.

anybody?

Ron at kme is a sponsor of my podcast. I talk about his products every episode. I am costanly getting phone calls and emails from people saying how amazing the kme sharpener is and how it made their life so much simpiler.
Best broad head sharpener out there.

That's me!

My KME is set up for my broadheads, and does not get changed! The KME knife sharpener was the tool I needed to get my German Kinrtic broadheads hunting sharp!

KME is a great product and Ron is a great guy!

Another vote for Ron and the KME sharpener.

While I use a stone and my eye a lot, sometimes I want to re set the angle and the KME is the ticket for hunting size knives.

Love my KME knife sharpener!

Make no  mistake, it wont sharpen your blades for you...you still have to know the fundamentals of sharpening. What it does..what we cant...is hold the exact same angle on every stroke, so you will get a better edge faster.

Get one!

If you still have trouble call Ron, he will have you shaving hair in minutes!

Ron is the man!

I used to be like "what do you mean sharpen blades"? Now I'm like "Watch out! I just sharpened that with my KME".

I was DEFINITELY sharpening challenged! Got a KME off of the classifieds here and for the first time, I got all of my knives shaving, hair-popping sharp. I had tried the Lansky version before, but it just didn't work well for me. I did OK with the pull-thru type sharpeners, but nothing ever got hair-popping sharp.

The knife sharpening system works for broadheads too, but as soon as my budget allows, I'll be getting the new clamps and some diamond stones. When that happens, everything in my house will be sharp! Broadheads, knives, wet noodles, you name it!
