Ordered my New Bow Today!

First off I want to thank everyone for your help regarding my vintage bear grizzly I bought that ended up being damaged beyond repair.
I called Chad Holm of Holm Made Traditional Bows, he is a great guy and a pleasure to talk to. It ended up that he had a River Runner Recurve in stock that was pretty much everything I was looking for (and more than I coulda afforded) that he had made for someone else, but the draw weight came out wrong so chad made the guy another bow.  The bow was the exact weight I was looking for and he sold it to me at a good price.
I can't wait till my 60" 45# River Runner gets here!
I'll report on my Bow when I get it!

Congrats, I'm sure you will love it.  One of Chad's bows is on my short list, you don't see very many for sale used.

          Good choice. I have owned 2 of Chads River Runners. They are great bows and you will have to look a long while to find a guy nicer than Chad.

   I have one of his Ospreys now. Chad builds an excellent bow!

I feel lucky to have purchased a nice 52# River Runner from Chad at Comptons this past Summer.

It is for my Grandson and he shot it well right then and there on the 3D courses.

He is thrilled to have it.

Chad's bows and workmanship are very good, and a super nice guy to do business with.

I hope to go chasing hogs with him one day.
