Milwaukee trailcam pics
« on: November 12, 2014, 01:39:00 PM »
I work on the north side of Milwaukee in an industrial area.
We've seen lots of deer over the years and I decided to put up a camera.
Forgot to set my date and time, but I put the camera up on Saturday, the 8th and pulled it yesterday.
I captured 176 pics-mostly does and fawns, but.....

I'm surprised you didn't catch a  murder on camera....   :scared:  .... I was scared when I was lost near the home bridge.

Great Pics.

My friend at work shot a big 11 pt here in town last week.   Amazing how these big bucks do so well in a down town area.

Went to pull the card early this morning and there was a buck and a doe laying in the brush about 10 feet to the left of the camera. Walked within 20 feet of the doe before she stood up and slowly walked away. I laughed and "ghost" drew my invisible bow and released an imaginary arrow at the nice 8 pointer.

I did some research. It is possible to hunt here. If the adjoining properties have a building within 300 feet, I just need their permission to hunt. Wish me luck......

Hope you get permission, this way you can sneak out of work and still hunt when the days get shorter.
