KME= Awesome Customer Service

Sent KME an email late yesterday afternoon telling them I needed a replacement part on my sharpener and this morning I received an email notifying me that KME had mailed me a package! Wish all companies worked on this kind of business model!

This has certainly been covered before, but it never hurts to give kudos where they are well deserved!
