Kudos to 3riversarchery!
« on: November 24, 2014, 12:18:00 PM »
Just wanted to give a well deserved thanks to the crew at 3riversarchery. I had placed an order for some of the new 3 blade grizzly's and some other small items. Long story short the package disappeared in the postal system a week ago and a call to Josh told me that I had to wait another 5 days before they could send me a replacement package. I was pretty disappointed that I would end up waiting 2 weeks or more to get what I had originally ordered. Josh called me back an hour or 2 later and told me that they were going to just go ahead and send another order out today and then just send them back the first one if/when it shows up.

I've always bought and talked with them in person at the Bow expo but this was my first online order with them. It was nice to see that they picked up the ball that the post office dropped even though they didn't have to.

With so many people quick to slam various companies (especially on the internet) I just wanted to say something positive for 3rivers.

I've aleways had good experiences with 3Rivers, and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Glad they worked out well for you. I don't use them any more.

I was visiting my brother and found out 3Rivers was only 10 miles away. So I stopped to buy some things.

I must say I was disappointed that you can not go back and shop.  You have to look at the catalogue and write or tell them what you want and they go get the stuff. Just not the same as being able to walk around and shop. Although I guess they don't have to worry about accidents or theft that way.

Bofish-IL,

You can still shop the warehouse on Saturdays from 9-2. As for during the week, you work with a tech in the front room to go pull anything you want from the back, or go on the range to shoot a bow.

We have large carts we use for pulling orders and having people in the aisle stops them from being able to move about the warehouse freely.

Not sure if you stopped by recently or a while back, but depending upon how busy the week is or time of day (never Monday-Tuesday, or mornings), but we have been able to let people in the back if work is slow. This time of year we are go, go, go though.

I have never had a bad experience with 3rivers! They are a stand up company! It helps that I love 2hrs away so when I order it arrives quickly! I plan on making the drive up there sometime soon to shoot some bows
