Replacement Arrow Gripper -Bear Quiver

Hi Folks,
Can anyone tell me of a source for replacement arrow gripper for the old Bear Snap On 4 and 8 arrow quivers? I want them to fit carbon arrow shafts (Gold Tip Traditional). I need the hood foam too?

Three Rivers offerings wont hold carbons securely.
Any advice?

I purchased an old Wing BQ with a home made arrow gripper that fit my Gts.  Looks like it was made from a rubber mat.  Probably outlined old one, cut and drilled smaller holes. Works well.

3 Rivers used to sell the 4 arrow holders. I haven't looked at a catalog in awhile, so I'm not sure if they still carry them.
