1/2 inch of rain forecasted for tomorrow

Is a 1/2 inch of rain spread throughout most of the day much?  

I want to hunt and probably will but I was wondering what 1/2 inch of rain really equates to? a steady drizzle? intermittent downpours?  I can only hunt the morning anyhow so I may just go and see what this means.

It's enough to get you wet Charlie! I hate hunting in the rain other than the benefits of silent stacking and fewer hunters. Washing away of blood trails can be a big problem too. Hate to lose an animal due to lack of snow and absents of B Trail. You never know though, you may get a chip shot and drop one within sight. Good luck Charlie, I like your determination.

I hear ya Charlie! I've got one week left on my late season and couldn't go out today due to rain also. Can't trail a deer if there is no blood trail to follow!   :rolleyes:
