Chuck, a few weeks ago I ordered the scallops and the Mora robust.  Just wanted to say what fine products they are.  That Mora does some fine cutting in short order.  Thanks for the great products!

Sure do love the Mora model 150 and 155 filet knives we bought from Chuck ! The 150 is now a standard kitchen knife for the wifey. I always warn her after I freshen it up on a KME.....  :scared:  Good news is that it is so sharp there is little pain involved if she does knick herself. Great knives......  :coffee:

Ive never seen or heard of these scallops...I like to look. How do they compare to wool puffs?

Did you look at the YouTube clip imbedded in the fist post?  It explains them pretty well.

Guys, if you have never used a Mora knife they are very economically priced and very good quality products (best of both worlds). You can't go wrong with trying one and Chuck is a great guy to deal with! The shipping is free now so it is a heck of a deal.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

I work for a Sandvik owned company that sells cutting tools for the machining industry. Probably no other company on this planet that knows more about steel than Sandvik. Mora's have Sandvik steel in their blades if I am not mistaken. Like they say...." The $$$ is put in the steel, not anything else. I had my doubts before owning them myself. How could a knife this cheap be any good ? Those doubts were all removed along with the hair on my arms and legs from Mora prepped knives and a KME sharpener.....  :scared:
