I.m shooting a samick sage 50lb pull, but i draw about 26inches. I have been shooting 1916 27 in wit 125 heads and they show stiff. I had some old 2013's with 125 gr. heads I use to shoot out of my compound, they are also 27in and they shoot fine. Shouldn't the 1916's be weaker?

The 1916 and the 2013 are very similar shafts. The 1916 is a bit weaker at .623 deflection. The 2013 is .0610 deflection.
The difference may be that the 2013 is a bit bigger in diameter and that may change how your arrow is reacting.
Another thing would be if the feathers on the 2013's are larger, that could make a difference.
In the big picture, it really does not matter. If the 2013's are flying well for you, then go with them.

From the current Easton shaft selection chart, for xx75 shafts, 1916 is 0.623 deflection, and 2013 is 0.610 deflection-- so the 1916 should be slightly weaker. But the difference in deflection is very small, so they're very close in spine.
The 2013 is a slightly lighter shaft than the 1916, so this could have an effect also.
Differences in manufacturers/alloys could also make a difference.
Sometimes it's just what shaft a bow "likes".

Both are fletched out of the same bag of feathers.I just guess yu can't always go by the chart. But I did find an old easton chart and one of the recomdations was a 2013.The funny thing is I filled in the info on the easton sight and that recomended a 2016. The 2016 flew sideways to the target. Merry Christmas

Those arrows should work but you may have to up point weight to 145-160 . If you are a new shooter you may be plucking the string which will cause sideway flight . If so just work on your release up close for a week or two before you change anything .
