Boss longbow question

Does anyone know if all the Dick Boss take down longbows had a gasket between the limbs and the riser ....bought a second hand one and it didn't have them...thanks

Can't help you with a takedown. I had a one piece RD and it was a heck of a shooter.

Hopefully someone has a takedown.

This one seems to be a shooter as well....it is a bit light for me but I like it a lot...real similar to my Pronghorns....might try to trade for one a bit heavier though...

I had a one piece Boss a few yrs ago. I had a few questions about reducing the weight. I was able to find Dick's number and called him up. Really nice guy. Last I heard he still lives in Elizabeth, CO.

I've been reluctant to try to contact Dick ...last I knew he was having some real health issues...anyone know how he is doing now ?

A friend of mine was at Dick's house the other day. He said he was doing well and finishing up a bow....

Doug, Still going , not as fast as I used too, But still going  I will be 83 in Feb.
