Anyone been in touch w/ Teresa Asbell?
« on: January 09, 2015, 08:09:00 PM »
I've been trying to get in touch by email and by phone with Teresa to check in on an order placed before the holidays. No response to my email from earlier this week and the answering machine is full. Can't leave a message.
Does anyone know another way to reach them?

There is a message on their website that they were looking at 3 to 4 weeks to fill orders.  Plus, I'm sure they are gearing up for K-Zoo.  I am waiting as well.

I spoke with her this morning. She was in the process of filling orders. She advised they've been getting pretty harsh weather up there, so that might be the reason you haven't heard from her.

Any of their products are worth the wait. I love every piece of Asbell wool I own. I can't recommend it enough.

I'm waiting too (sent her an email). Got an email a week ago saying my package shipped, but the usps tracking info reads like it hasn't left Michigan yet.    :dunno:

That's the same way my tracking info read last month, but the package showed up right on time. For now I wouldn't worry about it.

My experience with USPS tracking is that the article shows up well before it shows up in their tracking system... fwiw.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

UPDATE: I just spoke to Teresa on the phone. She could not have been any nicer or helpful. She just shipped out over 80 orders so I'm sure I will be wrapping myself in a nice, warm wool vest in the next few days! Can wait.
