I screwed up my bamboo backing I think.
« on: January 20, 2015, 02:28:00 AM »
My bamboo backing has a node 2 and 3/4 inches from the tip. The other tip is 8 inches from the last node.  Should I scrap the boo or glue it up to the IPE and deal with it when tillering?

Glue it up, won't hurt a thing.

Remember when you tiller that it will be from the belly. Not the rind off of bamboo.  So if you messed up anything. It's in aesthetics. No biggie. Nodes are really no more rigid than the rest of the boo.
