A Great Read
« on: January 22, 2015, 06:33:00 PM »
I just finished reading Mark Baker's "Tension on the String". WOW what a great read. The book is a collection of some of his bow hunting adventures and is full of names you will recognize from Tradgang. Mark has a way of making you feel like you are right there with him. He tells it like it is, the good and the not so good. If you get a chance to read it I don't think you will be  disappointed.

Mark's book was a great addition to my library. I've picked it up many times to re-read a chapter or two. One of those "tough to put down" books.

I bought it on the Kindle, and I will be buying a hard copy.  I definitely want this book in my collection so my boys can read it someday.

I have always enjoyed Mark's writing so buying the book was guaranteed good read. It certainly lived up to that.

We come to a "cyber camp"
We read books on a kindle
And then we promote the virtue of traditional archery
another example of archer's paradox?? Lol we are a funny crew when you stop and think about it.
