I used an Alasksan Bowhunting Supply Skookum Cordovan Tab for the past 6 years.  It was the best tab I had ever used, but it started thinning on the finger tips and causing discomfort when shooting for an hour or so.  I started the search for a new tab.  Palmer Bows makes a nice cordovan tab for a good price, but I'm just getting used to an AAE cavalier elite super leather and I wish I would have found it sooner.  Maybe I'll get a replacement cordovan face for it one day, but the super leather works great.  I'd never believe a tab alone can shrink groups, but this one has.

I switched from a glove to a tab this season. On a suggestion from a friend I got the death adder tab from Rick ******. I really like it

I'm with Bisch and MJ, Pak-tab for me too. Sometimes it will take some shots to get it "shiny" slippery but it's super slippery when you do. I lost my "shiny" one this year after using it for 5 plus years. Breaking in a new one now.

Give Eagle's Flight Archery a look. He  sells cordovan and calf hair, and they are priced very reasonable. He is a sponsor here.

I use the Saunders Fab Tab. (same as Pak-Tab, but with no extra layers.) I trim it with scissors to be as short as I can use without any excess. I think it is great. I don't need any of the extra layers. They last until I lose them oronce my dog ate one!

I don't like the finger seperator, it's awkward for me & doesn't let me grip the arrow as well.

I got my Cordovan tabs from Alaska Bowhunter Supply & bought two so I'd have a spare.
