What kind of vineers are these?
« on: October 04, 2007, 10:32:00 AM »
I recently went hunting with Ausable/ Tim and he had the most beautiful Griffin I have ever laid eyes on... He wasn't sure what type of wood was in his bow limbs, neither was I.  Anybody know?
I thought bocote?  Some funky figure zebra?

The riser had cocobollo and zebra and some black phonelic, the limb cores where bamboo.... but what is the vineer
