glue on nock tips?

Anybody know where i can get these? Friends son broke one of his tips. They are glue on. What type of bow i dont know. Any help in any direction would be appreciated. I checked google, and the big auction sites.

Looks like a hand made cow horn tip. I believe ThreeRivers sells something like it.
