I have donated an archery hunt to them for the last several years, but they mostly seem to be a rifle focused chapter.  Even SCI chapters that have "Bowhunter" in the title like the Michigan SE Bowhunters Chapter are almost all rifle hunters that attend the banquet anyway.

Both are good organizations but I am wondering how many Trad bowhunters actually attend SCI or RMEF chapter banquets or for that matter even their state Bowhunters association banquets.  I know some states have traditional bowhunter associations too.  Do you guys belong to all the above and Pope & Young to boot, or do you socialize exclusively on Tradgang and for some reason or another avoid the state level hunting groups like the plague?

Do you guys actually "belong" to hunting groups and if so, which ones.

I'm from northern Wisconsin. I only belong to the wisconsin traditional archers organization. Ultimately it comes down to time for me. I'm sure there are a lot of great people and hunters in the other groups but if I'm going to take a weekend to travel to an event I prefer to go where everyone speaks the same language if you get my meaning.  The RMEF, I wouldn't mind one of those.  SCI?  Personally that's not my preference.
