Great pics so far, but you know the rules... Where are the full draw pics? I want to see the string angle and how those hooks move on that Eros!    :archer2:

Guessing around October, maybe sooner or later that puts it about 10 mos out from placing the order at K-zoo,  not worried about the when sure it will be a great bow, have plenty to keep me busy til its ready

Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

I am one to Greggs scam!  He develops more great bows so we keep buying more.  Just kidding of course!

It started with my Elkheart but may not end till I have the whole set.  If not careful Javaman is going to get a call from my wife.   :biglaugh:    :archer2:

Both bows looks great. Can anyone tell me how fast these bows are in exact numbers, please.

So many variables play a roll in speed that it wouldn't be fair to chrono it without a standard. I do have a chrono but not sure it's accurate.

swampsnyper

My inferno was shooting about 148 and my Black Widow PSR was shooting about 142 but brace heights were different, tuned arrows were different and mind I'm only pulling them 25in of Draw.
If I remember right.........

swampsnyper

Alright just shot thru the chrono for a comparison but remember this isn't an exact science and trad is suppose to be about feel more than math. Both bows have the same type of string, I braced them both at 6.5 and I shot the arrow that was tuned for the inferno at 6.5 brace, so it wasn't tuned for the Eros. The arrow weighed 475gr. I shoot around 25in draw, not sure of the exact measurement plus human error should be factored in so take it with a grain of salt.
Eros shot repeatedly around 154fps
Inferno shot repeatedly around 145fps

swampsnyper

Oh and the inferno has 4 cat whiskers compared to the Eros with 4 two tracks scallops.

peroneus

Thank You very much. I know that fps are not determinant factor at all in our sport but I am just very curious what speeds would be at 28inch draw.
