Did something new
« on: April 11, 2015, 12:43:00 PM »
Ordered some pink wraps from Onestringer and pink nocks and feathers from Big Jim for my next dozen shafts I will be making into next years hunting arrows

I am interested in seeing the inflight difference.

Oh the wraps are reflective also.

I have always used yellow, red or orange for the most part. I have a dozen flourescent yellow which stand out too

Two things, pink does show up down range. My son used pink vanes and nocks on his arrows, we could always see where they were going.
Not to many people that may find an errant arrow will keep it. My sons always turned up in the lost arrow bucket.
With that bright of an arrow you may want to issue sunglasses to the deer, just kidding. I am making up some Flo. Yellow arrows right now and have some flo. Orange waiting.
