More praise for Ron at KME Sharpeners
« on: April 19, 2015, 02:51:00 PM »
This past Sunday I went to use my KME sharpener and noticed that the jaws kept spinning around instead of locking in the horizontal position. I called Ron on Monday and left a message asking what the problem might be. I then left for some Kansas turkey hunting and had spotty cell phone reception. When I did check my phone late Wednesday, I had a call from Ron saying he thought he knew what the problem was and had already sent me a replacement part, free of charge.

I received the part yesterday and that did the trick. Now that is some kind of customer service! Ron is a top notch guy who makes a top notch product.

Ron, and the KME knife sharpener, are as good as gold! I had the same kind of experience dealing with him!

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I purchased my KME from Ron with great service. I have never had a problem, but good to know I'm dealing with Ron if I do.

They broke the mold on that boy... customer service in America or anywhere could do well to take a lesson...

Course, he is one busy boy tutoring, answering questions and building his great sharpeners.

Always searching out better stones and materials, too!

You go, Boy!!!  :)

Drove past Ron's last weekend, hoping to find him at the shop but not there. Good Lord willing Ron will spend some time with us bowhunting deer this fall.
