Getting into Bowhunting shape...
« on: April 20, 2015, 09:38:00 PM »
Well, I sat down to start writing a Fitness Book tonight, but I couldn't come up with anything to fill the pages. So instead, I brainstormed to come up with the ultimate Newsletter.

Anyone have ideas on how to market it? I'll split the profits with you 50/50

How about a 30 min. info-mercial with some guys and gals with 3% body fat saying, "Try Mike's new system. A streamlined fitness system that is tried and true!   :readit:   For 6 easy payments of only $19.95, you can finally have the body you've been dreaming about...."

Then you could put up a picture of me as the "before" pic, then photo-shop a body builder's body onto my face for the "after"!!! LOL

I am 25 pounds lighter since January 1st.  My plan, ironically, looks identical to yours...

Another possible item:

4. Get your mind right

I am struggling to get back into my regimen and the mental end is my biggest obstacle.

That's the problem most people encounter.  Everyone wants to change what works.  My 3-Step program covers everything.

I've literally had TONS of people start my Program, but very few can maintain the consistency of Step 3.

What a crazy idea. How could those 3 steps possibly make a difference? Oh wait. Maybe I've been cheating on step 3.   :bigsmyl:

Same plan I got Mike. It really is that simple and there are no short cuts.I have lost 29 lbs. in 3 months with about 25 more to go. I want to get back to my high school weight. I know my knees don't hurt as bad. My blood pressure has dropped 10 points and I feel much better. My doctor said for every 10 lbs. you lose your health improves significantly.

I have lost 38 since Thanksgiving.... Lift and cardio on work days. Been stumping/hiking with a 50# bag of cement in my pack on my off days... Calorie intake is ~1500-1900. No soda, alcohol, sugars, and very litle dairy. Rocket science really.....   :dunno:    :dunno:

simple physics really. if energy out is more than energy in you'll lose weight. if you consume more energy than you use, it gets stored.
