Hydro dip recurve bow
« on: April 26, 2015, 12:58:00 PM »
Hello all, I need help finding a place that can hydrodip a 3 piece recurve.  "Hydrodip.net" is not taking in any orders due to selling company and other places haven't dipped any trad bows before. I have a bow I'm happy with and plan on keeping it. "Hoyt buffalo w/new limbs that don't match"  so if any of you all can recommend a place I'd be so grateful. Thanks DC

There is a guy near me that you can look up on Facebook.  His business is called Angert's Hydrographics.  He is near Butler, PA.  I know several people that have used him and rave about his work.  I'm going to have him do a couple bows for me real soon.  Good luck with your search.

Big Jim got out of the dipping business. I met a guy at a 3D shoot last summer who runs a business specializing in dipping, and I wish I would've gotten their contact info now.

I will update if I can think of them.

I think Sipsey River does them. He sold his archery business, but I think he kept the dipping business.
