i did get the time to shoot my bow extensively (for me that is) during my vacation. i made diy targets and am amazed by the amount of punishment a blunt arrow dishes out. i was using a coir mattress doubled up and was surprised when after 50 or so shots the blunt blew through.

on the accuracy front i made some progress and it is uncanny how simple aiming a bow is (if u remember to keep the form right) , the arrow wants to hit what u are looking at. i tried shooting some low placed targets and kept shooting over it till i realised that i was not bending at the waist and trying to drop my arm. the bow was super quite at the shot and has a slight creak at draw. i looked over for any delamination and did not find any. talks with Ed have suggested some remedies to be applied. i have braced it around 6- 6.5 inches though ed recommends 7-8 inches. i found no handslap or noise. busted one arrow hitting a brick wall , range estimated in open fields at around 100 + mts.
lovely experience- would have been poorer for not experiencing this !
