Looking for a info on a Bear bow

I have a Bear Cub that I am having a hard time dating. It has a dual shelf and no coin, I got the bow from an estate sale with a Kodiak hunter and an aluminum bow. Any info would be great.

Mid-1950s Need more pictures of decals etc. DO NOT atempt to string or shoot the aluminium bow!!!!!
Try to post more pictures of both bows, over on the Collectors Forum... You'll get answers real quick!!!

Based upon dual shelf and labels, that Cub is possibly a '57.

Justin- could you possibly post a picture of the Cub strung? I acquired one a few years ago very similar. The tiller seems off on mine as it has about 3/4" possitive tiller. Seems to shoot fine but looks odd.

The Ivanhoe was made just north of me 60 miles in Ludington. They also made hunting heads.

tiller is correct. they called that "chesty" back in the day, may be a '57 with that grey glass.

I believe those were considered "semi-curves" back in the day, Nowadays they call such bows hybrid longbows.
