I wanna get out the ol bear and shoot it. It's in great shape overall but has these on upper and lower limb same spot are these ok

I don't know, but either way, you have an excellent opportunity to justify buying a new bow.

I had one like that on a BP, bow blew up in my hands. made quite a bit of noise just before it went and evidence got worse.

I got worse stress cracks on three of my old Bears, a '59 K and a '60 K. Specials, and a '61 Kodiak. Shoot'em all the time and no problems, especially the '61 Kodiak. May have them refinished and the cracks touched up Locktite when extra money comes around, but they shoot fine.
Shoot it.
