I ordered a new K-Mag a couple weeks ago, and got word it had arrived today.

More on a whim than an expectation of winning it, a few days ago I also put a bid in on a Martin Mamba on that auction site, with the auction ending today.

I drove over to Grand Forks (100 miles) and picked up my K-Mag.  When I got home, I found I had won the auction for the Mamba.  My winning bid?  $124!!!! Gotta love days like this!

I'm highly impressed with the little K-Mag.  I set it up with a Weatherest, Bow Hushes, Qivuts, and a tie in nock.  With a brace height of 8.5" and a +3/8" nock point height, it's zippy and quiet.  Unlike what I've been led to believe, it's smooth drawing and easy to shoot well.  It's going to be a great ground blind bow.

Looking forward to getting the Mamba, everything I've read or been told indicates they are high performance bows that shoot well.  I expect it might become my go-to treestand bow...
