i have a browning medallion recurve 38# @28 cut to 1/16 from center.i draw the bow to the full 28 inches. I want to shoot a 30" aluminum arrow from throat of nock to back of point with 125gr points and 3 in feathers in a four Fletch.i need to know what size shaft would best match my bow.the charts all say a 1916 is gonna be the best but i figured i would ask all of the tuning pros on here first before i go buy shafts.also when buying aluminum shafts from lancaster archery do they come with nocks and inserts or do i have to buy them separately. i plan on buying either easton tribute or easton jazz shafts.
