I have a Liberty Contender I purchased used.  There was a glue issue.  I contacted Allen and he said it should not have happened and is sending me a stock bow to replace mine; even though I am not the original owner.  He said "Things happen and I like to stand behind my products."  I do not know how customer service can get any better.
