Ace Archery is the BEST
« on: September 09, 2015, 06:33:00 PM »
I just have to tell everyone what an outstanding company Ace Archery is.

On Saturday night I ordered a half dozen broadheads.

They calculated my S&H based on my zip code and it was only $3.00.

A padded envelope (Not an over-sized box) arrived Tuesday.

Postage on the envelope was $2.94

Finally an honest businessman who doesn’t have to add his extra profit
margin  with a 10 or 12 dollar S&H fee.  Way to go.

That is good to hear. I avoid placing small orders because of shipping charges.

I agree BAK. I ordered some ACE broadheads and hexheads from them last week and the shipping cost on the padded envelop was $3.34 They only charged me $3.00

Can't beat that... great company To deal with.

Do they make screw in broadheads?  Might have to give them a look at. Love to hear about good, honest companies

As far as I know they only make glue-on broadheads.  You will have to use adapters to put them on carbons.  Two years ago I hunted with Axis Traditionals and used the brass insert adapters that ACE sells.  They worked well.

I have used ACE heads for 25yrs. Love em.
I use all manner of inserts when building for use on carbon shafts with no issues at all. I will be setting up six for my 2018 Legacy's tomorrow.

Yep,  a lot otherwise fine suppliers loose out on my business because I'm not willing to pay $8.00-$10.00 S&H on a $15.00 dollar order.  Sure I can wait until I accumulate a list of things I want to make the shipping worth it,  but sometimes I want/need a couple small things right now.
