Well folks headed to Jackson Hole this afternoon for an 11 night stay in our wall tent. I finally figured out how to post pics so hopefully I will have some good pics to share with y'all when I get back.

Cool! Only visited on a vacation but it was beautiful scenery from the time we left the airport. Would love to hunt that country some day.

Good luck, I look forward to the pics. Health issues kept me from my "annual" Colorado elk hunt this year. Hunting vicariously through all the stories recoded here.

Spent Saturday and Sunday(9-6/9-7-2015) in Jackson Hole but not in a tent. Weather is just beginning to change with Elk coming out of the high country. Wish I had been hunting and not site seeing. Beautiful country for sure.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
