Congrats!  I'm headed to Canada on my first bear hunt in June!  This has got me even more excited!  Very nice bear!

I forgot to mention that I ended up shooting him at 11 yards (we measured it the next day).

Sounds like a hunt of a lifetime, for you, photographer and the guide... I recall seeing an old Fred Bear video when the photographer dropped the camera and fled the scene.
