Great head. I can get them razor sharp and they fly like field points.

I started shooting the Griz Kodiaks a few years ago and have been very happy with them.  They shoot very well, get very sharp and hold their edge well.  Critters shot with them have died quickly.  I have 235 gr Kodiaks in my quiver this season.  Can't give them a better endorsement than that.  In the end, shot placement is what really counts, but the Grizzlys can do the rest of it.

There's a step by step guide on how to sharpen the grizzly heads on this site. Do a search and you should be able to find it.

They are great heads. I've killed several deer with the 190 grain grizzly heads.

The only way I was able to sharpen them is with a new file. I clamped the file to a bench and held the broad heads parallel to the file. Run the broad heads up the file and it will get pretty darn sharp with just a file edge. They aren't the easiest heads to sharpen, but they will get shaving sharp with just a file.

I like them! I haven't shot any deer with them yet, but so far 3 groundhogs, a squirrel, and a coon have fallen to my grizzly broadheads.

I used to use my KME sharpener and get they super crazy sharp, but the process took awhile and I started getting tired of spending so much time sharpening them.

I now use a file to raise a burr, than use a sharpening steel to work the burr back and forth until it is sharp. They are not quite as sharp as the KME, but the edge is more durable now and it will still shave hair easily...works for me!

I don't think you can go wrong with the grizzly single bevels. I have tried lots of different broadheads and have settled on grizzlies as my broadhead of choice. Enjoy SS

Work awesome on grouse and snowshoe rabbits, never managed to stick anything big with them before the RMSG Cutthroats came out and I jumped ship lickety split! Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't order any of them unless I ordered a KME and a nice set of diamond hones in the same order! If they quit making Cutthroats, I'd start using them again!

The Grizzly has a few places it really shines.  It flies very well and is extremely rugged.  I've never heard of a bent tip on a Grizzly.  Some people have no trouble sharpening them and others give up and give them away.

I used them years ago.  Harvested several deer with them.  They fly very well. Almost ALL of my practice is stump shooting. They hold up pretty good.
