Morrison ILF limbs

Any idea how many turns out and how many pounds you can adjust Morrison ILF limbs on a Morrison ILF riser?

Says 5 on his website.

Limb bolts are best used to adjust preload on the limbs for best efficiency.
shoot straight shoot often
