Ground blind remove screan mesh or shoot through it. New to ground blinds not sure if mesh would have adverse affect on arrow flight ? Any thoughts

Shoot through it.  It has no impact. It is critical to leave the screens in when deer hunting to prevent the black hole effect.

If your setup is tuned well, shoot thru it. I shoot thru the netting in all my ground blinds, and like Jerry said, have no problems. I like the freedom of movement it affords me.

I shot a turkey thru the netting at about 5yds just the other day, and he did not know I was in the world with him till the arrow hit him!

Just make sure the netting is taught, and don't shoot thru it at extreme angles.

We have been hunting out of blinds for a long time and killed a bunch of animals out of them. I almost always shoot thru the netting and never have any problems like said in the other post.

Is it critical? There are tons of deer killed every year with the windows open including my oldest son. Thats what he likes and that's what works for him when he uses one and he has killed some monsters. He keeps the openings small and just enough he can shoot thru them not the whole window.

What kind of broadheads are you shooting? And make sure to practice with your setup shooting thru the netting so you are used to it when the time comes.
