New old stock screw in Bodkins
« on: December 18, 2015, 08:12:00 AM »
I thought that I had sold all of the screw in heads we got when we bought out the old owner. This past weekend while reorganizing the shop I found a bunch more. Here is the link to the details in the sponsor classifieds section.
There is about 600 of these screw in heads

I bought a couple dozen Bodkins from Bill last year.  Glue-ons that I put adapters in myself.  The Bodkins alone weigh right around 135 grains.  Aluminum adapters are 31-42 grains and steel are 75 to 125 depending on size.  So there you have it, you can have screw in Bodkins from 166 grains on up to 260 depending on adapter selection.

I would assume these have short aluminum adapters in them. They came to me mounted but that is the way the math works out.
