I wear the classic sportsman short bill along with a gator that I can pull up to cover my face also. Warmer than my stormy chromers.

Wife has made me several pullover type facemasks that extend down into my chest and back. They are made from windbloc and are better than any hat. I then put a ballcap on top. I only have an opening around my mouth and eyes.
Negative is it does affect hearing but all hats over your ears do that.

my favorite is the classic bowman from classic sportsman..like a stormy kromer but smaller brim and an earflap inside the hat plus the pull down like the stormy kromer..good till extreme temps and warm temps..very versatile ..have all the above hats..muskrat, beaver, coyote bombers pill hats etc...all good but most versatile is the "classic bowman from classic sportsman....good customer service too

Ron that buffalo coat is the bomb. Your hats look very well made. Mind if I ask who made them ?

The fur bomber hats are ....the bomb! Warm, windproof and my head doesn't get "toque rot" (itchiness.). Cabelas are waaayyyy overpriced, I find those hats for around $15.00 if I look around.

I love stormy kromers, so much so that i own 5 or 6. I also live close to the place where they are made. But if it is really cold you can't beat a mad bomber for the money. My bomber is all fur. I get a strange feeling of invincibility when I wear that hat.

I just got a Stormy Kromer. Nice wool hat. Will be wearing this weekend stump shooting in my back yard. Cold weekend!

I like the Stormy Kromer's. I have two that are super in keeping your head and ears warm. The hats are made in Michigan and are guaranteed for life. I absolutely love mine especially in the snow.
