E6000 ($3.00 for 2 oz tube).  Similar formulation to Goop adhesives; waterproof, flexible in cold, excellent adhesion to carbon, aluminum, and wraps, easy cleanup.  Only drawback for me is 15 minute clamp cure time.
Wanted:  Crow willing to fly into my arrow.  Blind, deaf and dumb preferred.  Mute a bonus.  One wing would be good.  No legs.  With vertigo...

Loctite superglue is the best I've found. 20 seconds per feather to fletch an arrow which is faster than fletch tape when you consider the time it takes to cut and apply the tape. Works on carbon and aluminum. I've never had a problem with feathers coming loose like i did with fletch tape and its way faster than npv and fletch tite

Saunders NPV glue for everything as I use water based Polycrylic to cover my cresting and wraps or Fletch Laq.
Got tape but have not tried it agian. I have seen tape turn to goo on alum arrows from the 100+ temps here.

I use Loc Tite super glue with 1 drop every 3/8 to 1/2 inch and put NPV on the ends and this is by far the best combo I've come across. It is both fast and strong! Used Duco, tape, Platinum and NPV prior to this. NPV is the best if time isn't an issue.  Just my opinion though.

Depends on what you are glueing.
I use duco on wood arrows with an oil base finish.
Fletch tite platinum on carbon and aluminums with Acry-lac finish.
Saunders NPV or Fletch time platinum on bare aluminum and carbon. Always clean the glueing surface of the shaft with denatured alcohol and then be carful not to touch it with a bare hand.

I've tried the tape in the past. It works great on wraps but seamed to get soft in hot weather. Im not sure if it was the tape or the wrap that was softening.
Hope this helps

Super glue for all of it. Tape like others said gets mushy in dry hot weather 95 and up.
