Very creative .... I used to chip up my cedars and soak them in water to make BBQ chips

I've tried planting them next to my tomatoes and peppers hoping to grow new ones. Haven't had any luck.    :knothead:

Great idea with the rings. I'll have to give it a try.

Good question. I don't know if it's the CA glue or what, but so far these seem to be surprisingly durable. I'll let you know after a couple of months.
