Tell me about snowshoe bows

I just purchased a Snowshoe longbow and I have not even recieved it yet.  But since I cant hold it I thought I would talk about it to pass the time. From the pictures it looks absolutly awesome.  Does any one have any stories or thoughts on the bows.
