We had lots of issues when the system was resync'd a few days ago and it needs to be done again tomorrow early morning.  if all goes as well as expected it will back online before noon.

yes, that's part of the problem - unfortunately.  we're a very large and deep site with well over a decade's worth of saved data.  we should be ok by late tomorrow morning.
