Border vs Morrison Vs Dryad
« on: March 06, 2016, 01:04:00 PM »
I really like the idea of an ILF bow because of the adjustability of it. Just change the limbs if you want a different bow. I have owned a Dryad bow before and wish I still had it. Is there anyone out there that has set up each one of these bows and compared them. I understand that everyone may have an opinion but I am looking for numbers more than anything. Does any one have any stats to show or tell about them?

If you don't get a lot of responses, it's not that folks don't like helping here.  It's just that "numbers" are not high on the criteria list of why most trad folks prefer a particular bowyer, although there are trad sites where you'd might come to that conclusion real quickly.  I've owned/own all three and never run one through a chrony.  You wouldn't regret any of those choices.  To me, it's more about quiet and feel....I could care less how far the arrow buries in the ground on the far side of a deer, lol.

Check with tradtalk, they seem to be more into ilf and comparing numbers.  I have the dryad acs rc limbs and to me they are a very nice limb, I have never checked speed.
