I have owned some really nice bows, and I always have a bit of a "honeymoon" when I get a new one, but something tells me this one's going to keep right on being a favorite!  Brandon did a super job on this bow!  60" and 41@28.  Shedua riser with a Birdseye Maple I-beam, and green glass limbs with a maple core.

Meet #9

I could not wait to get home from the post office and try it out.  I knew right after stringing it up, it was going to be quiet!  Just plucking the string told me that -- no "twang" whatsoever!  I love narrow limbed, 50's style recurves for that very reason.

The first shot told me I had been right about the noise... quiet as a church mouse!  Very stable in the hand for such a light bow, and I was hitting my marks almost immediately.  Smooth shooting and seems very quick!  The grip is nice and the bow didn't seem to care how I held it.  It did start talking trash the minute I put it down, though...

The Rose Oak Ace by Brandon Stahl is a winner!

That's awesome.  Great selection.  Brandon Stahl is in the top elite of bowyers in my book.  A wonderful and humble guy to deal with also.  Enjoy and thanks for sharing!

Nice one.......really like the 50's style bows.

Nice Bow Curtis!  I think I would get along with it also. I love 50's recurve styles..
