brace height

It has been quite a while since i have strung up my Alaskan Frontier Archery Black Wolf long bow, so I strung it up today and the brace height looked quite shallow like 6 inches . I dont remember what Jack Harrrison had recommended any ideas?        THANKS

         68" Black Wolf 57#@28
         60" Tall Tines 52#@ 28

Closer to 7".
