I just got through making a dozen port orford cedar arrows single taper and now after shooting them i am getting white colored particles on velcro rest on my tall tines. I am also shooting into new pacific bow butts target. I have now idea what may be causing this , the new target , the arrows , the velcro itself always trying to clean it ,any ideas

Try polishing the shafts with a car wax. Maybe something from butt is sticking to your arrow finish.
