R&W Targets Customer Service Rocks!
« on: June 15, 2016, 02:57:00 PM »
I was on the search for a new 3D deer target when I came upon a thread here last week on that very topic. Several folks mentioned R&W Targets as being a good choice and I was intrigued because I had never heard of them before. So I got on their website, liked what I saw and gave them a call. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and Bill Wyatt made me a good deal on their Big Buck target. I asked if I should pay with a credit card over the phone and Bill told me that, no, they didn't take credit cards. He would just ship me the target and I could send him a check when I got it. I protested and said I'd be happy to pay up front and Bill said that there was no need - that was the way they did business. Needless to say, I was quite impressed. This man was going to send me an item costing almost $300 on my word alone. Wow! Anyway...Bill shipped out the target on Monday from North Carolina and I just got a notice that UPS delivered it to my house in Missouri today. You can bet I will be putting a check in the mail to him tomorrow along with a big thank you for such great customer service. You just don't see that too much these day.

TBOF and TBG are both trying some of their targets.  The service on the TBOF side has been very good.

Yes sir, I bought several targets from them awhile back and had the exact same experience.  I couldn't believe that a company would send an order without payment up front but I thought it was awesome.  One thing is for sure, the world would be a much better place if all customers were honest enough for businesses to operate like that!
Take care,
Jason

My only response is when new they pull harder than a Rinehart. Other than that I have shot the daylights out of mine for the last 6 years and I should get a bit more out of it.

I agree with you Dave.  They don't pull as well as a Rinehart especially when new but that isn't as big a problem with stick bows.  Also, I think they are a better value overall, very realistic and sized correctly.
Take care,
Jason
