Tripod head for binoculars

Anybody running their binos off a tripod? If so what are you using? I have Vortex Viper HD's 10X42, a an okay tripod, but the head isn't up to par. So I want to replace the head and am looking for advise.
Thanks,
Ben

My son recently bought a Bog Pod tripod set of shooting sticks with a camera mount exchangeable head.
I haven't used them yet, but you might want to take a look at them.

I just got a Bogen at a yard sale for $11 for my spotting scope. It has an extension for the camera. They can both be used at the same time. Solid viewing
Do your binos have the screw device or do you havebto tape it? We have a pair of the monkey legs but it is not steadt

I'm running a Jim White head and an Outdoorsman binocular holder on top of a Slik Sprint mini tripod. It may not be the best setup out there, but it sure works for me.
